General Rules and Course Conduct

  1. Passholders will be aware of and follow the Rules and Regulations of Boulder Creek Golf Course as posted in and around the golf facility and online on the website at www.bouldercreekgolf.ca.

  2. All players must register with the Pro Shop staff at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tee time.

  3. No more than 4 players will be permitted in a group unless permission is granted by the Pro Shop Staff.

  4. The Pro Shop reserves the right to refuse play to a passholder or guest if they are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

  5. No outside alcohol is permitted on the premise as per AGLC Regulations. Any player found in violation will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

  6. Music on the golf course is acceptable.  The level of the music should be audible for your group only. 

  7. The property line of the golf course is defined by roads and fence lines.  Please respect the residents of Boulder Creek Estates and do not enter their yards and or interfere with their privacy. Please also adhere to the 40 km/h posted speed limit.

  8. The health and safety of the staff of Boulder Creek Golf Course is out priority.  Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour (physical, emotional, sexual) is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with immediately.  The offending party will be asked to leave the premises immediately and in extreme cases the RCMP will be called if necessary.

  9. Cancellation of tee times: Life gets busy and we understand.  Out of respect for your fellow golfers and passholders, we ask that you call the Pro Shop as the earliest possible time to cancel your spot or group so that someone can play.  Late night cancellations can be left on the voicemail at the Pro Shop by calling (403) 936-3644.

For the benefit of all, the Pro Shop and golf course staff will enforce these rules for the enjoyment and safety of all golfers at Boulder Creek and reserves the right to refuse golfing privileges to anyone who chooses to not follow the General Rules of Play and Conduct.

Dress Code Policy

  1. Shirts must be worn at all times. Shirts with offensive sayings or slogans will not be permitted.

  2. Men’s Attire: Shirts must have sleeves, cannot be torn or ripped and must appear clean in nature.  Tank tops and cut off sleeves will not be permitted. Men’s shorts must have a minimum 7-inch inseam or greater.

  3. Ladies Attire: Tank tops, sleeveless shirts and racer back polos (with collar) are permitted.  Bottoms must have a minimum 5-inch inseam or greater.

  4. Jeans or denim in pants or shorts are permitted provided they and neat and clean in appearance and without rips and holes.

  5. Boulder Creek Golf Course is a non-metal or soft sole shoe only course.  Cleated footwear (baseball/soccer) and or boots (cowboy boots) with heels are not permitted.

For the benefit of all, the Pro Shop and golf course staff will enforce these rules for the enjoyment and safety of all golfers at Boulder Creek and reserves the right to refuse golfing privileges to anyone who chooses to not follow the Dress Code policy.

Power Cart Policy

  1. Only two riders and 2 golf bags are allowed on one cart at any time.

  2. Operators of a power cart must be 16 years of age and possess a registered Alberta Driver’s License.

  3. Emergency brake must be engaged when parking the power cart at all times.

  4. Keep both feet and arms in the power cart at all times when the cart is moving.

  5. Ensure that driver and passenger are seated in the power cart and the driver is in full control of the power cart prior to releasing the brake and engaging the accelerator.

  6. Power carts should remain on cart paths around all putting greens and tee boxes.  

  7. The Pro Shop staff and or Course Starter will advise as the rules and restrictions for that day’s play for power cart usage.

  8.  Golf course staff has the ability to ask golfers to leave the premise immediately under any of the following situations:                

    • Appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

    • Operating the power cart in a manner that is dangerous to the driver, the passenger, other golfers and or property.

    • Repeatedly not following the daily rules and restrictions for the golf course as described the Pro Shop staff or Course Starter.

 

For the benefit of all, the Pro Shop and golf course staff will strictly enforce these rules for the enjoyment and safety of all golfers at Boulder Creek and reserves the right to refuse golfing privileges to anyone who chooses to not follow the Power Cart policy.

Driving Range Policy

  1. The driving range is there for the enjoyment of all golfers. Please be respectful of language, music and behaviour at all times on the range. 

  2. A Driving Range Pass (Season) is intended to be used by the individual/couple or family that is named on the pass.  The pass is not transferable.

  3. A Junior Driving Range Season pass will permit them to two (2) large baskets per day.

  4. Range balls, range passes (Season) will be revoked if a golfer is caught purposefully aiming to hit balls outside of the boundary fences (farm field to south or cart storage facility to the north).

  5. Please stay within the tee markers as indicated on the grass tee or on the turf mats if they are in use.
